Micro bikes and other oddities

A couple of odd bikes from the Harper collection.

unknown brand of micro bike. Greg says the frame got bent so they added the top tube, rewelded and repainted.  Tried to make it look like a track racer.

Skate bike.  Skate board truck with 2 skate board wheels on the front.  Steer by balancing.
