BF Goodrich Schwinn Built

Am I correct , a Schwinn Built BF Goodrich bike was Built by Schwinn, but sold at a BF Goodrich automobile store, rather a Schwinn bike shop? In addition, the bike would be the same as it's equivalent Schwinn head badged bike?

Yes, Schwinn did make private label bikes for some time. Mostly in the 1950's and before. Schwinn made Phantoms for BF Goodrich. I'm  pretty certain by the 1960's they completely stopped making private label bikes. Murray made the Spaceliner for Sears and some of the BF Goodrich bikes. There were plenty of private label bikes in the 1960's and 70's like John Deere and store brands for department stores but Schwinn wasn't making those.
