This was a 1949 Schwinn built ladies frame hanging in the local bike coop for years. Exact model unknown.  Never worthy of a restoration.  I can never bring myself to toss these vintage Chicago built frames in the recycle bin.  Only remaining parts were the bb cups, hs cups, seat post and seat post clamp.  Head badge screws in place but no badge.  IMO, the screw spacing is too close for a Schwinn badge but I'm no expert on pre-bike boom Schwinns. This might have had a springer fork, ie, looted for parts.

Built up today by coop volunteers. Mostly.  No brakes but who needs em.
all parts from the parts bins:
Schwinn 3 speed Collegiate rear wheel (1979 SA hub).
27" front wheel.
fork from some 1980s/1990s USA mtb.
Schwinn clover leaf crank.
wide cruiser bars from 2000+
1990ish mtb stem.
1970s steel plate saddle, probably from a Huffy.
